 | ~Step One~ Contact Our Showroom
Your appointment request can be done one of two ways;
you can visit our request an appointment page and fill out

~Step Two~ Meet with your Designer
During your initial consultation with your designer you
will choose your cabinet line, get a feel for door styles and
wood finishes that suit your taste, and look into the right
countertop for you and your lifestyle. At this time we ask
that you bring in preliminary measurements so that we may
begin the design of your beautiful new kitchen!

| ~Step Three~ Drawing Revisions and Final Measure
Once you receive your new color 3-D kitchen layout draft please
look over it and make sure we have covered everything that had
been discussed at the initial consultation. If you have seen
something new that you liked, let your designer know as soon
as possible so they can incorporate it into your kitchen. Once
your layout is complete, your designer will come out to do a
final measure. |

~Step Four~ Contract Signing
After our designer has come out and completed
the final field measure and any updates to the final
layout you will be ready to sign contract. We have
many money saving options (see promotions page)
and many payment options as well. At this point in
time you will receive our “Red Book” filled with all
the resources you will need to complete your project
with Heartland. |  |

 | ~Step Five~ Cabinet Install and Digital Template
Once your cabinets arrive in our warehouse we will
call you to setup the installation of your cabinetry.
This process takes anywhere from 2-3 days depending
on the size of the job. If you have also purchased countertops
from us we will bring our digital template equipment on
the last day of install to template for you new counters,
an advantage not many other companies similar to us have. |

~Step Six~ Countertop Install and Job Completion
As soon as we receive the files from your digital template
we begin the process of drawing up your countertops with
auto CAD program and then the tops go into fabrication. Our
skilled craftsman are thoroughly trainedand certified to
fabricate only the best in countertop construction for your
home. When we are finished in house we will come out
and install your new countertops with the same precision
in which they were made. After we do a adjustment on
your doors and drawers your new kitchen is ready to be shown off!! |  |
